Neighborhood Overlay District
The Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay District initiative is instrumental in implementing many points in the comprehensive plan as it relates to design standards in the downtown residential neighborhood.
March 2024 - Sent a complete packet proposal to City Administrator and Council Member for HPC
January 2025 - requested to be on agenda for Historic Preservation Commission for review. Denied
March 2025 - Sent Mayor a complete packet

We cannot proceed any further, there are no avenues remaining to open for discussion with the city at this time.
Develop Annual Trail and Bike Events
Part of maximizing the benefit of being a trail town is to develop the tourism industry.
Biking events bring much needed economic boosts to the community and grow when held annually.
These plans are in the initial phases of development.

This project is intended to inventory vacant commercial buildings in Pleasant Hill, with an initial focus on the Downtown District.

2nd Annual Farm to Table Event
We are so proud to be partnering with the Parks Family Farm!
Gavin an Kylie Parks, Parks Family Farm, are local producers who will be co hosting this event to source fresh local producers for a meal to be remembered!
We love this event so very much! This is not a fundraiser for our non profit. It is a community event that we believe offers us all a way to connect with each other and as such it represents the foundation of our mission. Monies raised go to producers who provide the meal and preparation.

April 2024 - Began discussion with City Council to present the vision.
June 2024 - Submitted complete business plan to City Council
September 9, 2024 - Discussion with City Council. Council and Mayor made determination to not proceed with any changes to current management of the Depot.
